To help us answer quickly, include the page you were on, the numbers you entered and the result you expected. For product questions, a photo of the label is often the fastest way to sort things out.
What we can help with

- Results: if a number looks off, we'll explain how it was worked out.
We can't give personalised electrical, legal or medical advice, recommend installers or diagnose a faulty device. For wiring, solar installations or medical equipment, please speak to a qualified professional.

Usually within a few days. The page's 'updated' date changes when a fix goes live.
